P:T has some awesome spell effects...my favourites are:

1. Meteor Bombardment
2. Chain Lightning Storm
3. Axe of Torment

I agree, I'd say that of all the Black Isle games, Torment has some of the most outstanding spell effects. My favorites:

Meteor Bombardment
Mechanus' Cannon
Blade Storm
Skull Mob

I like the Spiritual Hammer. Sure, it doesn't do much damage at all, but it's damn fun to watch.

Hmm, I like:

1.Rune of Torment

2.Celestial host

3.MeteorStorm Bombardment

I have never seen Mechanus Cannon

. I´m gonna get it now I think

. Most of the spell effects are cool in torment.
