How will neverwinter nights be played on-line?
Diablo II like?? (hope not)
Can anyone tell me this?
Also what will be the minimum system stats?

I've never played Diablo online, but af far as I know NWN will be played in quest form.
Peolple make quests and they can be linked to each other, thus creating a bigger word.
I expect that Argyle will be created as a "real" world, like ultima or Dark age of Camelot.
I'm not sure though, so feel free to correct me if necessary.

Most NwN will be played Module like, where people get together and play modules made by them self or by others (kinda like having a PnP session (only much shorter as there is not much discussion
)) - other ways of playing NwN will be the persistant worlds that will try to get running - Argyle is one of these.
THese will try to make a/some modules where the game will be something like DAoC and others MMORPGs and then make modules where the players can go on special adventures with a DM from the world guiding them.
