A question

Post by Archaic One »

I have a question for all you scriptors out there.
I am thinking of doing some scripting myself, but
I would like to know, will you need to know a
language (C\C++, visual basic, ect.) or will the
solstice come with its own unique one?

Any help would be appreciated. :)

You will not be requiered to know a programming language to script.
There will (already are some) guides to help you get started.
Also there will be wizards included in the game to help with most tasks in regards of module making and scripting.

What I've seen of the scripting, it resembles the language C.

NWScript closely resembles C. If you have even basic C knowledge, you'll do fine in NWScript.

do you mean the syntax and logic resembles C?
I thought C was a compiled language (and therefore one could not 'script' with it)?
