How can you make that tiny logo under your names?? Or is it some "Exalted Member" thing?? :D

Just use the "User cp" button at the upper right of your screen. Then select "Edit options" then use "Change avatar".

Your avatar can't be too big though.
Guinness is good for you.
Gives you strength.
