Is there any way to use the cheats for increasing one's abilities?

I hate to re-install BG1 again and import my character.

Is there someone who has character files already existing for downloading? Like a paladin with strength 19?

Anyways, with Shadowkeeper you can edit a lot of things, from race, appearance and names to ability scores, proficiency slots, thieving skills, spells, items etc.
It can also be used to restore corrupted savegames.
