My Argyle character's Magus, so that wouldn't work for me

My character will be Gilthanas this time. Here's basic info:
Name: Gilthanas (taken from Dragonlance)
Race: Half-Elf
Class: True Fighter (though he kind of has some qualities of a Xandax-like beserker)
Aligment: True Neutral
I agree with Aegis that stats are pretty useless. A description is more helpful. Gilthanas is very quick and nimble. He's deceptively strong for an elf, but not overpowering. Constitution-wise he's fairly robust for an elf, but less so than your atypical human fighter. He's somewhat crafty and perceptive, but he's no mage. He's fairly street-wise as well, but he's no thief. Charisma is where he sorely lacks. He's cold and introverted, rarely associating with others. He's a loner, and it shows. Not one to pick fights, he is nonetheless quick to draw if threatened.
He's a half-elf, but he looks much more elven than human. As such, humans consider him an elf. Elven-kind can spot his few human features though, and generally spurn him as a half-elf. This has made Gilthanas very bitter, though he still reveres elven culture and their ways. Very arrogant, he generally looks down on other races as inferior.
His weapon is a finely craftly katana, and he's become quite skilled at one-handed combat. His fighting style is very fluid and mobile, and he uses his free hand to execute techniques that would be implausible otherwise. A whirlwind in battle, he makes up in speed what he lacks in strength and stamina. In combat he becomes one with his blade, and it becomes almost like an extension of himself.
I believe that description will go for whatever "level" we decide to start at, but I'll modify if you guys deem it necessary.
