On this screenshot in the right corner is Bodhi with a "Minor spell turning" or something, she can't cast it herself, was killed in BG II, so what about that?

Oh, puuullleeeeeaaaassssseee, this IS Bodhi, go to her lair when you work for her, she's standing just like that! Change a character skin via ShadowKeeper to Bodhi's and you'll see!

And, how come no character is selected but still have a characters quickthings bar?

All of ya'll sould know better than to trust a pre-release screenshot for any knid of reliable information. They usually have erroneous information and/or situations. Especially from a Russian site!
