I installed SoA & ToB on my laptop so I could continuw my wildmage.
But now, almost everybody of some importance has "nothing to say to me" (bartenders, salesmen, quest characters)

What's wrong?
I do not have the touch, nor do I have the power.

the new patch fixes that.
