where is the belt of inertial barrier? What are the best monk items (buy) in Athkatla

I couldn't find the merchant in trademeet that had the belt of inertial barrier. Also, what are some really good items you can buy in Athkatla, or other areas on map, for monks? I have 40,000 gold to spend and I already have....scarlet ninja-to, daystar, girdle of stone giant strength, pale green loun stone...hrm....what to buy? Or get by quests? Any ideas?

For weapon use your fist, and I know there's the gauntlets that give you something like +4 THAC0 when attacking with fist(forgot what it's called and I also forgot where it is, maybe someone remembers)

The merchant will only appear after you save trademeet from both the druids and the Dao Djinn. The merchant should be at the merchant square (below the inn)... Noble looking guy in green (daytime only).
