From the room you killed Mulahey (the half-orc), exit, and go around to the outside path to exit the mines. There's a map of it on this site if you need any more explaination. After you exit the mines, head north. Go to Nashkel, and talk to the mayor. Make sure you read the letters in the chest in Mulahey's room for information on Tazok. Go to where Tazok is, get info from him. Head for the Bandit Camp that is now shown on your map.
