Lame, Brynnlaw Bug? Spoiler

After completing spellhold, agreeing to go with Saemon and gettin that ****in Horn, I CAN'T find SAEMON. I've looked everywhere. I've checked various walkthroughs and all they say the same, he's either on or near the pirate ship, BUT hes NOT!

Good lord, WTF is going on?

Ok I fixed my own problem, had to cheat a bit but fixed at the very least

Had to enable cheats

then used this command

CLUAConsole:CreateCreature("PPSAE3")

It'll get the ****er to show up asking for the horn, which i found already.. I'm still rightly pissed though.
