now question is, if i use the xp-cap remover will i be able to get full levels in fighter, mage and thief proffession?
ie lvl17 mage, 18 fighter and so on?

multiclass
You'll probably need to apply some sort of rules pack so that your triple-class can cast the level 9 spells. I think TeamBG has one.

The game designers assume that you'll play with the experience cap, which means a triple-class mage never casts the 9th level spells. To get the 9th level spells, you have to alter how the game handles triple-classes, via the 2DA files.
