Well, after emerging from the Underdark I rested my party. After resting, Dermin appears and I blew him to hell. The love talk appeared and I think I chose the right answers (I made her laugh). But after that nothing has happened.
I returned to Athkatla, finished some unfinished quests but no more love talks.
What about now? Is the romance hung?
Help! I don't want to reload before killing Dermin, but if it is what is needed well... I'll do it.
Yes. Another Jaheira romance question.

Everything should be all right. Try traveling to a wilderness area (like the druid grove) and resting there - some of her dialogs require this.

What happened here was the gradual habituation of the people, ... to receiving decisions deliberated in secret; to believing that the situation was so complicated that the government had to act on information which the people could not understand, or so dangerous that, even if he people could understand it, it could not be released because of national security.

Nothing happened.
After posting here I installed Throne of Bhaal which I just bought, then installed the patch for ToB. I finished the Planar Sphere and traveled to the Druid Grove, I rested there twice and still nothing happened. I finished the Druid quest and returned to Athkatla and nothing. I killed Bodhi and nothing, not even the Vampirism quest. AAARRRGGGHHH!!!
I checked the love rating and it's 53. I tried to reset it to 1 but the cheat didn't work... Oh My! HELP!!

OK, calm down.
What is Jaheira's LOVETALK, now? What is the value of JaheiraRomanceActive?

Since I wasted Dermin I haven't gotten any Lovetalk.
How do I check the value of the JaheiraRomanceActive?
I used the following cheat (I found it in one of the posts here):
CLUAConsole:GetGlobal("Lovetalk","LOCALS")
It reported me a score of 53.
Thanks for your help.

With the help of Shadow Keeper, I was able to "force" the romance to continue (at the cost of a couple of dialogues, that is). But I have a question, what is the highest Lovetalk score for Jaheira.
I already slept with her (well, my character actually), but Terminsel hasn't made his appearance. Is the romance over now? I currently have a Lovetalk score of 70.
TIA.

Glad to hear you got it going again.
The highest I've seen her LoveTalk go is 71. If you've already slept with her, then that's the last of the romance dialogs you'll see in SoA - though you'll experience a few more events related to her romance. Her romance continues in ToB.
Terminsel is supposed to show up within approximately 5-10 game days of your battle with Dermin. He won't show in certain areas, such as the Slums, but I've seen him appear in Waukeen's Promenade and the Temple District.
If you're having problems with him showing up, you can try to force his appearance by entering the following at the console:
CLUAConsole:SetGlobal("TerminselSpawn","GLOBAL",4)
CLUAConsole:SetGlobal("TerminselAppear","GLOBAL",1)
Note: Your party must be in an outdoor area, like the Promenade. Terminsel will not show in chapters 4, 5, or 7.
