the skinner murderer dude in bridge... SPOILER

I did al the stuff you should too know that Rejek or something is the murderer, and the captain died and i got his body carying around with me... is he yust suposed to be caried around or should i do something with him...
and i talked to the dude in umar hills like 2-3weeks ago (gametime

) and he talked about i would get my ass kicked but i think he have forgot me becuase he never shows up =(

I recommand loading an earlyer savegame, and not send in the captain, but go in yourself and kill him!

I must admit I never played that quest this way, but have you tried bringing the body to the Council of Six building? I'm sure someone there would be interested...

About the Fael guy, I remember I did something to him (either blow his cover or killed him) and 3 wizards showed up but that was a bad game, and when I reloaded I couldn't repeat it.
Is it random or a bug?

i can't remember getting a body when i solved the skinners murder. I did find the guy that wanted me to get the blood of the silver dragon in the umar hills. I said i wouldn't do it and he left saying i would get into trouble.

Does anyone know how this quest ends? am i gonna get into trouble because of this? What would have happened if i brought him the dragons blood?

If you bring him the Silver Dragon's blood he'll be able to finish the armor of human flesh, which can only be worn by Evil characters, if I'm not mistaken. I did the same as you and told him he could forget about the dragon's blood and never saw him again (and I finished SoA).

the body is in one of the beds. you get human flesh, so take silver dragon's blood and take it to that one person in imnesville or umar hills and give it to him and he will tell you to return in four days time. if you kill rejiek hidesman in trademeet (i told you it was a spoiler) and return to collect the finished armor, he will attack you with some high level wizards. easy fight and you get human flesh +5... i equiped it on my kensai/thief... great armor

I think the "Human flesh armor" can only be worn by evil party members. Yes.
Therefor I never finished that quest this way.
After you have met this guy in the umar hills, you can got to trademeet and there visit a guy in the upper left corner of the map (but still in town) in his house. He will tell you that he has seen a monster that matches with Reijik (or whatever this fiend is called). The you can finish this quest there. He will tell you how.
What is more: The guy in umar hills told you about the twisted rune, I think (at least if you don't agree with him in finishing the armor).
You can solve this quest (well, actually it's not really a quest, since its not written down in your diary) only if you have a rouge stone with you in the bridge district. south west of this inn. You will encounter some quite unfriendly guys there (heavy fight).
