is it a normal game that you are playing, or is it with TOB/TDD installed?

sorry buddy, I doubt they can be installed in a pc....
they are of type "unknown"....
now this is how I think the game engine treats the pc...you can add wizard spells, priest spells, and innate abilities via sk, but I dont know what will happen if you try to cast a type unkown, in fact I suspect strongly the icons will not be foundable in the innate tab...
try this, create a cleric mage, and add domination, ego whip, etc.....
and if the spells show up at all, they might be in the cleric or priest spells tab...
I added hive mother beholder ray, and it invariably shows up in my mage spell tab, not my innates.
most like ly if you try to cast it, it will crash the game, unless, you might be able to get away with your animation being halfling, so make a halfling cleric mage and experiment...
