Stronghold question...

Can you acquire the thief stronghold AND the cleric stronghold, or can you just get one?
I'm soloing as a Swashbuckler/Cleric, and I have already said OK to the cleric strongholds. Can't I get the thief stronghold now?

'Fraid not. Only case when one can get two strongholds is when one of the is the fighters keep. All the other strongholds are better scripted it seems.
