Kit Editors

Can anyone please tell me where can I download BG2 Kit Editor 1.4.1 or Thomas Mathis' KitEditor?? I have downloaded some new kits from http://www.teambg.com and in the installation readme it written that I have to have those editors (or one of them) in order to install the kits, but I can't seem to find them anywhere! So if someone could please help me...

The sticky is the first thread on the page,
when moderators make important threads sticky's the alway stay on top, so their easy to find.

Click on edit in the other thread. Situated at the bottom and a delete option should come up somewhere on the screen.
