Berserker/Mage

Ok. I have a human berserker that I tried to dual over to mage at level 16 (experience cap remover) but whenever I try to dual, my game goes back to windows and stops responding. Then I have to use the ctrl+alt+delete to fix my computer. I've found the highest level you can dual at as a berserker to a mage is 13, which happens to be the highest level where you'll get you berserker abilities back and still be under the cap. Is this normal? My ranger dualed to cleric at level 16 with no problem. Also, I have the patch so that shouldn't be a problem. I know this is a lot so thanks for any help.

Sounds like a rules conflict to me. Because of the system that the developers used to add classes and multiclasses then the game doesn't recognise some variants of levels and multiclasses. You can't hack your character to be a thief/druid for example.

Try downloading the rules patch from [url="http://www.teambg.com"]www.teambg.com[/url]

There's also a custom patch around that allows you select any combination of multi/dual class but it's kind of complicated to get to work as far as I'm conserned.
