De Arnise keep oddity

Post by Mr Flibble »

Hi all,

I've just started going through the whole series again from BG1 throguh to TOB with a fighter. I've just finished the keep quest and Nalia's aunt decided to stay instead of leaving. Every other game I've played she has left in disgust.

Any reason for this? Is this likely to have any effect on later interactions about the keep?

Thanks.

Stronghold quest?

I have never done the stronghold quest with a fighter, but I suspect that she decided to stay because you are now the Lord of the Manor (the keep is the fighter stronghold), so she doesn't feel the need to leave.

Maybe you should talk to Nalia to activate the stronghold sequence???
