Well, the course is still going well, dissertation is still going nowhere...

Although the topic I was planning for a 4000-word essay I have to write for my course is looking quite promising, so I'm thinking about whether I could extend that and use it for my dissertation, and do something different for the shorter essay...

What topic was that, if I may ask? How many words are your dissertation supposed to be, 10 000 or so?

Oh, well I don't have a title yet, but something to do with women's role in magic in antiquity - lots of texts accuse all women of being witches, but most magicians seem to have been men... Yep, 10,000 words...

I think it'll be a lot easier to get enough material for this one, because our library has more books on it... Anyway, my last seminar for four weeks is tomorrow, so I'll have plenty of time to do research...

@Dottie no worse than usual?
