Could anyone tell me where the Staff of Magi is...or give a little clue where it could be....

And what is the "Astral Prison"....dont tell me it is that place where u rescue Haer'D the 2th time......I think i sold one of the parts to the Halberd +4, Wave :O

Bridge district, in the so called "Twisted Rune".

There is a trapped door near the entry to the lich, if you have a Rogue Stone with you, you can pass through the door (losing the stone). Inside you'll find a relatively strong party.

To answer the second question, yes it is where you rescue Haer'Dalis for the second time.
