Wizard spells

I am playing thru on HoF mode. I have a wizrd in my party who is level 7 or 8 cant remember right now. I have slots for spells up to thrird and fourth level but as of yet I have only been able to get spells up to 2nd level. Is there a place that I can purchase spells higher than 2nd level?

You can always use Dale-Keeper to add the spells.

I am assuming this is some sort of cheat. I would rather not use any cheats. But thanks for the advice.

Did you tried Orrick at Kuldahar, he has a large number or items and spells and restocks eveny once in a while if i remember correctly.

Yes, Demis is right, Orrick has a great amount of spelles but he is only willing to sell you the spells you're sble to use.
(So if you have a mage that can cast level 6 spells, you're able to buy some lv. 6 spells from him.
