Seems the wannnbe Tryrants are coming out of the woodworks nowadays and I cannot sit still and let the Vile varmits knock me off my Evil Throne. So to end it once and for all, I will ask you to vote on one of 5 options. ( I will not comeback and edit this poll like last time..>>This is just to remind you all have Vile and Evil I can be<< )

T: Posting the rules in that "Sticky" of yours and then closing the thread was not right. You can't post a list like that and not let people add/delete parts....

And, furthermore, when did all these rules come into effect?
