I found the ice and acid flail heads does anyone know where the third one is to be found?

one of them is in the magic forge the second on glaicas and the last one in the golem room, I don't remember which is where.

The third, fire head, is in the room with all the golems. Together with some nice magic items.

Do a search on "flail" if you need hints on surviving as you try to get those weapons.
