TDD area code

Does anyone who has played through TDD know the area code for Riativin?

I could swear that I ran into the dwarf in the Copper Coronet who opens this area up, but it's not on my world map and when I go back to the CC, the dwarf is not there.

If anyone can help me, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

DD3300 and DD3301 which is in some house.
