Stalker Armour dilema

Well i am playing thru SoA with my stalker from ToB and i have two armours he can were, he can were the Grandmasters armour and he can were white dragon scales, with the Grandmaster armour my whole crew is hasted, which is great in battle, but the dragon scales are better AC and resistance i was just wondrin what you guys thought i should do

You could:

Give him the Grandmaster's Armor and add other items to lower his AC: Ring of Gaxx, Ring of Earth Control, Helm of Balduran, and Montolio's Cloak.
Give him the White Dragon Scale and the Amulet of Cheetah Speed; caste Improved Haste on him before battles.

Definitly that is the best solution, you can still add all the other items (rings, cloacks etc.), you will be faster during normal action (although not as hasted) and ring of Gaax has 2 imp.haste, enough for fighting.
You will only miss the amulet slot.

without having much idea of armors good for a stalker (except valygars personal), i wouldnt advise relying on gaxx for imp. haste.
the prob is its duration is very short, even tho u have 3 per day they only last for 1 round i think, not a good replacement for imp haste spell.

I'd suggest wearing the grandmasters armour. It has a quite respectable ac, and lets be honest, unless you have an ac of -15, its not going to help. It's better to kill them faster with the haste. Plus, if the whole party moves that fast, you dont have to wait for one guy to catch up all the time. You can just fly!
And one more thing, everyone can wear White dragon scale! So give it to someone else!

thanx for the info, i think im gonna were the grandmasters armour because of haste and i looks supa tight but thank you for your oppinoin anyways.
