Just got back from my happy hour with BGII. This is my second time around, me being a female, True Nuetral Mage. Quite the difference from my last charactor who was a female Chaotic Good Fighter, but I guess that's not important. It still apllies to the story! ^-^'
ANYways, my game must be on the fritz- I don't know how, but my NUETRAL charactor began a relationship with the well-known and well-dissed ceric/fighter, Anomen even after he failed his Test for the Radiant Heart. Don't ask me how, it just is...
So, we exit the Underdark from Adalon after getting though Ust' Natha. We walk a little, do some confessing to other Elves, a few blood-covered bricks here and there, and then what happens? It's vampiric Bodhi coming from the shadows to give my boyfriend one hell of a hickey. Yes, he gets bitten right on the neck. They vanish without a trace, and here's where I turn to ask for help.
Were in the Nine Hells did they go?! All I can dig up is that when I find them, I have to take something over to where the Shadow Dragon is for him to get life punched back into him. It's a little hard when they just bolt off and leave me sitting in the dust, so if anyone has any imput on this, I'd REALLY appreciate it. Besides...I sort of killed off all of the other Figthers/Bounty Hunters/Paladins in the game besides Minsc, Mazzy, Jaheira and Anomen, so I sorta need him back. ^-^'
Thanks in advance!

LOL, why did you kill everyone else??
Anyways, since you are asking, and spoiler is posted...
What happens, is since you are supposed to go after Bodhi anyways to get your soul, when you go you'll find your boy toy in her hands, and then theres a rather long complicated quest to restore your lover involving her black heart and a temple in the docks district.

The waves came crashing in like blindness.
So I just stood and listened.

This is completely normal, Anomen will romance your character, providing certain conditions are met, regardless of the outcome of his Test for Knighthood. Anomen's failing his test will only cause you to get different romance dialogs.Originally posted by Aqua-chan

The books in the locked chest in the area where you fought Bodhi should give you a clue. If you're still stuck, highlight for spoiler:Originally posted by Aqua-chan

Take Bodhi's black heart and Anomen's body to the Umar Hills temple ruins. Inside, just across the floor where you get flamed if you step on the wrong tile, is a statue holding out its arms. Put Anomen's body and Bodhi's heart in the statue's arms.

What happened here was the gradual habituation of the people, ... to receiving decisions deliberated in secret; to believing that the situation was so complicated that the government had to act on information which the people could not understand, or so dangerous that, even if he people could understand it, it could not be released because of national security.
