What races can romance what NPC?

I know human can romance everyone, but can a halfling or dwarf get a romance?

A hafling can romance Viconia.
A dwarf cant't romance.
An elf can romance Aerie or Jaheria.
A half-elf can romance all three.
A human can romance all three.
A half-orc can't romance (but I believe they were supposed to be able to romance Viconia).
A gnome can romance Aerie.

Not sure about the Anomen romance.

The romances aren't necessary to play the game, but they make it a lot more interesting, just as all the NPC interactions do.

I just played solo, and to tell the truth, it was boring. No NPC interactions to enjoy, and my character became so powerful that the fights were not challenging. If I was going to run through it solo again, I would choose insane difficulty or something.

A half-orc can romance, I think. My half-orc barbarian had just finished his little bedroom exploits w/Phaere(the matron mother's daughter) and Aerie freaked out, and I'm pretty sure I started on her romance(before then, der) maybe she just freaked out because of the fact that she was evil?
