mods for torment?

just wondering, are there any good FREE mods or addons for torment. and i dont mean just an additional item or something miniscule like that, i mean, brand new quests, dialogue and npcs, etc.

This is Platter's website. He has a small mod that allows Fjhull to join as an NPC.
