Is there any way to go back to trials of the luremaster if you've beaten icasaracht already?

If you're transported back to Kuldahar, no.
There's nothing a little poison couldn't cure...

What happened here was the gradual habituation of the people, ... to receiving decisions deliberated in secret; to believing that the situation was so complicated that the government had to act on information which the people could not understand, or so dangerous that, even if he people could understand it, it could not be released because of national security.

If you've got a saved game before leaving on the boat trip to the Sea of Moving Ice, you do still have a chance to do Trials.

Wash and Rinse the Luremaster in TOTL and Repeat the Dragon in HOW.

:)

No saved games, there is always next time.
There is only one satisfying way to boot a computer.
