no ike?

hey, i've played this all the way through once before, and i seem to remember some Ike or whatever his name is giving me a tour of that tower in TotSC, but for some reason, he's not here this time. is there something i had to have done first? why isn't he here this time?

Theres a man in Ulgoths Beard who'll take you on a tour, but it's not necessary to find him to get into the tower.
