Valygar and planar sphere

Just wondering what happens if you agree to to Tolgerias bidding and bring Valygar to him alive. Will you still get the planar sphere?
Never tried it. Guess I should but I am not at home now and curiosity got the better of me.

The one time I took Valygar to Tolgarias. Valygar said something along the lines of
"I thought you said you were not working for the Cowled Wizards"
And after that there was a bit more conversation, and Tolgarias ran off, and I still got to do the Planar Sphere.
I've only ever taken Valygar there once, and it was a while back, but, he didn't get taken in.

i ALWAYS bring vayfar with me...

usually jahirea will say "no will will not give you up" and he goes on with some vague threats and d gates otu...
