Demoralize Human?

Ive picked Khajit as my race but could someone tell me what Demoralize Human does? Not sure if it just scares them away or causes them to be submissive (Better prices & more info)

It just increases their flee rate... it is an Illlusion spell if you wanna look it up in the book

It's good if u're a thief and need to make a quick exit cause it'll help to get an enemy to run away.
