I dont know if i'm right or not, but i noticed that the ToSC dont fit into the series of BG,cause in BG 2,characters are talking about being in baldurs gate(the city) after the fight with sarevok, and then they dont remember anything. Am i right that ToSC dont fit into the series or maybe i just missed something?

Well, essentially, the ToTSC quests would've been completed before the fight with Serevok.

Yes, the battle with Serevok is the Final Battle, once he's dead, it's game over.
