Ghostgate shrine location?

trying to get NPC to the shrine, which is supposed to be west of Ghostgate keep, on a path.... can't find it though, can someone "point" me to it? =P thx in advance

in vivec there is a book that when you read it, it places all the shrines on your map

i can't remember which important guys house it was in though

I did the same quest.

You have to go inside the ghostfence (through the gate.) The shrine is on the right, up the hill (don't ask me the logic of going west, like the idiots inside tell you.) So once you get through the gate, it's an incline straight ahead, off to the right is the shrine (it's a pillar or something.) It you spacebar on it, you get a little memorial message.
