Well, I think we should allow an opening for other cultures and customs... don't you? :D
Not necessarily.... it all depends on the quality of the oil in question.... now take extra virgin olive oil for example..... it is very healthy but has a low smoking point so it can't be heated to too high a temperature.....so maybe something like a pure grade is more suitable ..... :p

Of course ! ;) Though for somebody with so impressive a quality of posting(s) you would require a very large ocean going net....
:D

See you later :)

I never really understood the preoccupation with the whole extra virgin thing... though I am not adverse to a low smoking point. ;)

*bows slightly* Of course, only the purest grades would be suitable for one such as yourself, my lady. Pray tell, in which kind of classroom could one procure such grades? :)

LOL! I would like to thank all the members of academy, my parents of course for bequeathing said posting, and my comrades-at-arms (and hot tubs ;) ) here at the DF thread for sharing their wisdom about posting and ocean-going netting in general. :D

just a quick interjection...

I suppose you noticed I updated my place holder?

If they want to, Aegis and Obsidian may follow Fang back to us, through the tunnel I described.

I already thought to edit that part out again, but seeing how you're looking for a way for them to get back to us, I'll just let it in until somebody complains :D

Dunno, I've always liked the side story line. Aegis and I are scouting ahead of you guys last I checked. Whatever big A wants to do I'll follow.

@Mysteria, I for one was not necessarily looking for ways to get Aegis and Farscape back to the DF. It just appeared to me from Aegis' post that he thought he had found the DF (the placing I questioned) and it sounded to me like he wanted to reach us. That being the case, we were only suggesting logical routes back.

@Obsidian, that is fine IMO - as long as we are clear about where everyone is, that the timing of everything is sensible, (ie that Aegis and Farscape do not happen upon the Abom hours before the DF do) and that there is respect for other writers...by this I mean reading their posts, and if it is unclear as to where they are/what they intend - to ask, rather than just write them in. Assumptions only cause confusion.

I would also like to ask posters in DF to check this thread also from time to time. I know that sometimes this involves wading through a lot of spam (I mean conversation! ;) ), but where there are questions posted, or tactics discussed, they may so easily be missed. Cheers! ;)

Thanks Nippy ;)

I saw the game - it was great! Sad when any cup or promotion has to be decided on penalties though...That said, I think Birmingham will fair better in the Premiership than Norwich :)

@Ysh: I got the impression that Aegis and Obsidian were headed to the rest of the DF, but I might be wrong. I think we need Aegis to tell us what he had in mind.

@Nippy: FYI: my mail doesn't work today

As I said, I thought the same as you, so I agree :) He posted that he considered scaling a wall to reach the sound of battle, this he assumed was the DF, and that was where I became confused...ie that we were somehow above him, and there was an opening to the sky. I was not thinking either, so it would be useful to hear his comments :)

Aegis did mention he was dropping out of SYM diplomacy. Not sure if that transcends to other GB activities/threads/spam/stories/unmentionables

He mentioned it was temporary and real life academically oriented.

LOL,
when I read the title I thought that there was no spam in this thread and wandered how you can have 1800 replies of non-spam. Then I look inside and guess what I find :D :D

Weird, I was looking for food. Perhaps a visit to the dentist can help you.

Ah, but there is no 'No SPAM' mentioned in the title, so why did you think you wouldn't find any spam in here :D
