Wheres Solufein The Drow Im on the quest wich you have to save the matron mothers daughter and i cant find solufein i looked near the entrance to the mind flayer city and hes not there or in the city where the hell is he or is this just a glitch?

Did you talk to him on the platform just before you left the city? If so, he should be right near the Mind Flayer area. If not,it may be a glitch and you might have to re-load.

Yes i think your right bloodstalker i will reload the game because he's nowhere to be found and i talked to him at the exit to the city and got the quest o well gonna have to load it AGAIN

Think your problem is that you didn't reach Solufein within the time limit of 16? hours at the entrance of the Mind Flayer Lair. You probably rested after that ambush on your way to the Mind Flayer Lair and went over the 16? hour deadline, and that would be the reason he wasn't where he was supposed to be. But... on the otherhand it could be a glitch, but it doesn't seem likely. Had the same prob as you awhile back and it pissed me off.
