I've just been bouncing around between solo games on BG and IWD. And I too heard Dungeon Seige wasn't a game worth buying especially if you've yet to stray from the Infinity Engine since BG.

Morrowind. At least I can stop when I want. Online multiplayer games tend to bring out the obsessive in me. :D

Since I have just finished Planescape Torment and NWN hasn't been released yet, I am grabbing the opportunity to play othe kind of games (i am taking a RPG break!). Just finshed Ghost Recon, Max Payne and Medal of Honor, all shooters. I am playing Championship Manager now, a game that never gets boring if you like it. And I love it :) . But when NWN is released, it is going to be RPG all the time.

Fallout tactics at first but I got board when I got to the second or third last mission I think(on the list of missions there only looks to be room for two more missions). I haven't played for a while but your in some place filled with robots I stoped there. The game just got too repetative, pritty good game for a while but it just doesn't live up to the fallout name. Do you know if they are going to come out with a fallout 3 I would be realy happy if they did.

Quoted from Gamebanshee's news on May 1st:

Interplay Announces E3 2002 Product Lineup

Wow, another role-playing game from Black Isle! Hmm... Fallout 3, perhaps? Or maybe Planescape: Torment 2? Time will tell, I guess.

Black Isle Studios set to unveil new role-playing game.
Irvine, Calif., April 30, 2002 - Interplay Entertainment Corp. (NASDAQ:IPLY), announced today its exciting lineup of highly anticipated game titles to be shown at this year's Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) taking place May 22 - 24 at the Los Angeles Convention Center. Interplay will be showing demonstrations of Hunter: The Reckoning(r), Run Like Hell(tm), Baldur's Gate(tm): Dark Alliance(tm) and Galleon(tm). Black Isle Studios, the renown, role-playing game (RPG) division of Interplay, will be showing (by appointment only) Icewind Dale(tm) II, and an exciting, new RPG title to be announced in the coming weeks. Interplay's booth will be located in Concourse Hall, booth #5010.

That's all we know for now. :)

im playing BGII without cheating (man is the game different!) using a sword, hammer and shield inquisitor. then im going to switch to fifa 2001 or something. gonna take an rpging break for about a week then go back again.

you know, by the time nwn comes out only half the rpging population will play it...

(scroll down)

<snip>

the other half will have died waiting :D

Jedi Knight 2: Jedi Outcast. Sweeeeeeeetttttttttt! Single player is great, but multiplayer rules. :D

Maybe I'll get Morrowind, too.

I started playing DS and then flat out took it back for an in-store credit. Never done that before, but I can only suffer through Diablo II once. Morrowind rocks! I'm sure I'll be running it parallel to NWN...

Playing BG all over again :D I can't get tired of it....just started a new paladin after finishing a ranger game, which was preceded by a fighter game....all this year. If you asked me last year at this time? Baldur's gate 2....Now you know what I do in my free time ;)

May be I am going to buy BG (1) and TotSC. I already have BG2, but never finished it (YET). BG is a bit smaller, so may I will find it more fun.

I dont know about that, i thought BG with ToSC is longer then BG2, if you'll open all "nonquest" areas in BG i think it'll be longer then BG2
