Okay, listen up how messed up this sounds - dunno if it's a bug or if it's s'posed to happen:
Myself, Minsc, Nalia and Jaheira have just arrived in Spellhold, and after having a look around got started on Bodhi's Running Man thing. The only proplem is that Nalia is present but doesn't respond and isn't under my control. Can't access her stuff or info at all. Is this 'cos I took Imoen into the party?
One thing - she was protected by spelltrap when we met Irenicus. Don't remember triggering it, it just kinda happened.
Anybody else had this? (if everybody has, excuse a stupid question - it seems a little strange when my main mage goes cataleptic(?) all of a sudden).
Help welcome...
Nalia inactive in Spellhold - a bug??

Me: They say talking to yourself is the first sign of genius, but-
Me: Who does?
Me: Shut up and listen...anyway, the Nalia thing turned out to be some weird glitch. Nalia was spelltrapped when Irenicus showed up, and somehow got excluded from the rest of the group.
It was a real pain, 'cos of course I couldn't go thru any major doors (you must gather your party before...my most HATED phrase in the whole game). So I ditched her from the party, explored a little, then went back and reloaded to before we entered Spellhold.
Bug fixed. Thanks for your help

@ Dour; no no don't thank me, it was a pleasure...no, it was an honour
I've never heard of anyone being immune to the stuff that happens to the party at that stage of the game...very strange. Check here if you want to get rid of that voice.

Although after listening to her voice for a few turns, I'm starting to wish I'd left her standing there - at least she kept her mouth shut...
Thanks for the link K - haven't tried any mods yet (didn't see how the game could be improved), but I'll check this one out 'cos that voice drives me beserk!!

I had to do a similar thing when I sent Imoen out of the UD with a bunch of equipment 'that wouldn't survive the journey into daylight if my pc had taken it'...I got to the copper coronet but I couldn't find her. She had the staff of the magi and the cloak of non detection so of course I couldn't find her. In the end I cloud-killed the area...as I wasn't playing evil, I thought it best to go back to a saved game because of the resulting reputation loss and mass NPC walkout...
