a couple questions

First where are tel mora and suran? I have a quest in both cities but I can't seem to find them. Also everyone keeps telling me I have the mark of zenithar. I read that it means I have a assassination quest to finish but the only thing I found in my journal that fits that is killing the witch for the naked guy. could that be it? thanks

Suran is directly(and quite a ways) east of Pelagiad although the road is fairly windy.

...And can be quite dangerous, in places. I recommend staying closer to shore, off the main road but paralleling it if your character isn't well-schooled in weaponry and kinda low-leveled.

Shouldn't be a problem I have 82 long blade skill. but does anyone know where tel mora is? also is there anyone in the game who gives directions to different places?

There are a few scouts in selected places who have traveled around. One's upstairs in the third story of that Inn building, in the port where you start out. I believe another is in Balmora, again, in a tavern. Some will provide actual written diagrams. Others will just give you enough background to place important markers on your map.

Tel Mora can be reached via:

Boat from Sadrith Mora or Dagon Fel
(Sadith Mora can be reached via Mage guild in Balmora, Caldera, Ald'Ruhn, or Vivec)

Suran can be reached via:

Silt Strider from Seyda Neen, Balmora, or Molag Mar
