? about the XP Cap

I have ToB installed...I am currently playing SoA...Which XP cap applies...I have heard both...Don't which is true.

Does the ToB Cap take over? Or...Am I still limited to the SoA cap (when playing SoA)?

From the second you've installed ToB the XP cap will be raised to 8 million something!
If there's something more important than my ego. I want it caught and shot now.
