THE soul gem

Well, I just completed a quest from a place Shrine of Azura and for my efforts recieved a soul gem. A GOOD soul gem worth 5000. Considering the Grand Soul Gems are worth 200, this is huge. Now I plan on filling it with a soul.

Here's the question: Is the Ascended Sleeper or Golden Saint worth more? I hear both can give the constant effect ability when enchanting, so I'll judge by their worth. A Golded Saint in a Grand Soul Gem is worht 80000 (I think), how much is an Ascended Sleeper worth. I have to make this soul trapping worth it. Thanks.

I think you're referring to the one and only ...

so don't worry 'bout which soul to trap inside 'cause it is REUSABLE

well at least that's what a book in the game says ...

Ascended Sleepers and Golden Saints are exactly the same with regards to Grand Soulgems (400 charges/80k drakes)

REUSABLE!!! That rocks! Good thing too because my THREE gems with Golden Saints were taken when I presented a Writ to a guard. But now, I'll be able to hunt forever. This is good news. Thanks.

How do you reuse soul gems? Mine all are gone after enchanting!

There's only 1 reusable gem in the game.

Gem name: Azura's Star (worth 5000 drakes, 2000000 drakes with a Golden Saint trapped).

Obtainable via main quest: no.
Obtainable via guild quest: no.
Obtainable via house quest: no.
Obtainable via optional/secondary quest: yes.
