After you have collected the eye of the beholder/blood of the prince/illithid brain, where is the matron mother? Ive looked every concievable place she could be and cant find her =(
Heres how i went:
When i went to the temple of Lloth to meet up with the Matron mother Ardulace for the first time, i already had the eye of a beholder. However, since i hadnt really gained any exp at all (i got it from the elder orb in the very first room) i decided to pretend i didnt have what she wanted and went of adventuring. I got the prince's blood, gassed the beholders (I personally dislike using the cloak of mirriring because i dont get exp that way) and after a shaky start, figured out how to slaughter the illithids. By the time i got back to the drow city, 2 days game time had passed. I went to the temple, then the tavern, then the city entrance, and then Phaere's home. I cant find Phaere or the matron mother anywhere.
Can anyone remember where shes *supposed* to be?
Matron mother help plz [Spolier]
Unfortunately shes not at the temple..... darn i dont want to have to do everything again! I should really save properly more often instead of always using quicksave.....
Im pretty sure you dont get exp if you use cloak of mirroring. Dont know about the Shield of balduran since thats gathering dust in one of the chests in my planar sphere. At any rate, i checked out the cloak of mirroring on the beholders, and when it died of a death ray (?) i didnt gain any exp. I presume that its because at the end of the day you didnt cast the spell, so you dont get the exp.

No, you must first enable Debug Mode. To do this, enter the following line under [Program Options] in your baldur.ini file:
Debug Mode=1
Type it as you see it and save the file. Re-start the game, and bring up the console by pressing the CRTL and SPACE keys. Enter the code at the console. (The code is case-sensitive, except for what's contained inside the double quotes.)

There's nothing a little poison couldn't cure...
