Ok I am having this annoying problem.
I have mazzy in my party and when I leave the CC there is that half ogre I think that challenges Mazzy.
The problem is that he doesn't do anything!He repeats the same dialogue again and again and something like 12 "innocent bystanders" spawn for him to terrorize.
What's the deal?

That must be a technical bug.
I had the same problem with brus.
Ask Sabre or Sojourner (i hope i spelled it correctly), they are the masters and are always willing to help.

What happened here was the gradual habituation of the people, ... to receiving decisions deliberated in secret; to believing that the situation was so complicated that the government had to act on information which the people could not understand, or so dangerous that, even if he people could understand it, it could not be released because of national security.
