Tell me I'm not losing it,

Post by Giles the Sorcerer »

Spell triggers JUST WON'T WORK FOR MY SORCERERS, some characters can get up to level 6 spells, some level 4 some level ONE. But not one can get level 9. My fighter/mage has no problem with chain contingency.

on a side note, I have 2 level 6 spells and 3-4 in levels 7,8, and 9. I'm playing without the cap, but the level 8 trigger is screwy too on the guys who can't get past 4.

AAARRRGGHHH THIS SUCKS, I can't play solo very easily when I can't get my main offensive spells working.....

As far as I know this is because you can't (officially) mem those lvl 9 spells in the first place. If there is no (valid) option to mem those spells, they apparently didn't take the time to code it so they could be used in a contingency spell.

This should be possible in the expansion set, so I guess you'll have to wait until then ...

Well, the level 8 trigger should work too shouldn't it?
