Dremoras *possible spoiler*

For one of Percius Mercius's quests, he sends you to Vas to kill a necromancer. Once you get there, two dremoras attack. I don't seem to have much of a chance against them. I'm a level 4 Redguard Crusader. I'm able to get a few hits in before before they put an end to my travels...Any suggestions?

while you're stronger. There are quests you cannot do at once.
