More help needed - Indoril Armor

Post by Reckless »

I got into a fight and killed an Ordinator. Thinking that his indoril armor was cool -- and vastly superior to what I was wearing -- I put it on. After that, Ordinators began attacking me for wearing their sacred armor. I'm now wearing a complete set of ebony and am no longer wearing any indoril, but that doesn't seem to stop the Ordinators from attacking. I would think that if the offense was wearing the armor, taking it off would stop them from attacking. Does anyone know if there a fix in the console for this?

I don't know if there is a console "fix" for this (I believe it's supposed to be that way), but I remember seeing a mod that claimed it made the Ordinators stop attacking once you removed the armor. Sorry, don't remember where offhand...look around some of the mod sites :)

I actually have a character I made who specializes in killing ordinators. An imperial loyalist orc, custom class named 'Discordinator' :)

Kill one ordinator, take his armor, pay the bounty. Wear his armor, initiate dialogue with other ordinators, have them attack you. Results in no bounty or loss of reputation, since they're the ones initiating hostilities. Great way to bring up combat skills through on-the-job training, the armor is worth a goodly bit, and it's a nice bit of role playing :)
