Ibar-dad? No idea, it doesn't sound familiar.

Wraithguard can be gotten from Vivec. The guy, not the city. It's a principle main quest plot point though, so I'd leave it be unless you're ready for the endgame (one way or the other).

The helm of oeryn bearclaw can be gotten from one of the daedric quests. Malacath's, I think. Don't recall where the starting location is off hand. You'll be sent to track down and kill one of Oeryn's descendents (you'll be chasing him down for a while through several areas), then return to Malacath's shrine and he gives you the helm.

GREAT helm btw, and wear-able by khajit and argonians, too.

Daedric quests. There are seven of them. All of them are obscure except Mephala's, which you'll trip over if you join the Morag Tong.

You find the shrine to a particular daedric lord (most are in daedric ruins, a few are not), click on it, and get given a quest from them. You do the quest, you return, you get fairly powerful items as rewards.

Some of the books in the game have detail on the Daedra and the Aedra, but I don't believe any of them will directly point you to the quest locations. Azura's shrine is shown on the printed map that comes with the game.... look for the statue of liberty like thing on the southeast coast of the island.

Vivec, arena canton. Go through the waistworks to the canalworks. One of the canalworks sides (I forget which offhand, so if you can't find it in the area you just entered try the other canalworks entrance) leads to another area called 'Arena storage'. Look around in one of the side rooms there for a trapdoor on the floor. Beyond that trapdoor is the Morag Tong headquarters. The guy all the way in the bedroom in the back in the upper level can let you join.

If you're in assurdirapal, and you're at the statue of malacath, you're in the right place. Just try moving your cursor over different parts of the statue until you find a hot spot with a floating text that identifies it as the shrine. Then click to activate it.

?

Are there only one statues with that namne? This one is located west of the Mzuleft ruins, (SW of Dagon Fel). It's located in the open and is guarded by 4 rather strong orcs. I've slaughtered the orcs :) but nothing happens when I press the statue. I see the name floating around there and all.... Damn, I really want that helm.
