Would it be okay for me to start a thread in which we all post pics of our chars?...just thought id ask cous i thought it might be considered spam

well, you can always host a pic somewhere else - like on your own space and then link it into the thread - that way the Gamebanshee bandwidth won't be hit. That is the civilized way to do it.

For instance this picture is hosted on my space I get with my internet service:

so that the owner of Gamebanshee will not be paying the bandwidth costs associated with it. I think it would be nice if a mod put the stamp of approval on a screenshot thread - usually you just put a warning to dial-up users in the thread title. Fable or Aegis or Buck or T'Lainya is it OK to post pics the way I'm saying?

Jaker's right. If you're going to upload pics, do it in a way that doesn't slow GB down. :)

Call your ISP and ask. Most offer 5+ megs of space with your account. The location will probably be something like:

http://www.yourISP/~youruserID

BTW, I've been very happy with EleetFTP for transferring files. It's free, too.
