tiber septim is a junkie...kangaroo and speed walker...spoilers

Post by UserUnfriendly »

well, got made nevarine, i want to finish off the main blades quest before i go daedra quests and imperial cult and imperial guard.....as soon as big daddy bites it, i plan to flaunt my imperial status....

say, do you get to meet cassius the spymaster again so he can say nice things about you???

when i stopped over at ghost gate to meet wulf, i got the lucky coin, and i saved the game, killed wulf, actually tiber septim in disguise to bless your quest, and found he had 2 packets of moon sugar!!! he is a junkie!!!

been using my new
_kangaroo

spell... its great, sure beats levitation...

jump for 5 seconds with 100 magnitude...

aim, then cast and jump...

cross cities in seconds, and only costs 50 points, with jakers restore magicka constant effect ring, i call it RA( balmora and other mage guilds use the eye of horus symbol on their flags, so ra, father of horus seemed right)i can jump all day...(my acrobatics skill is at 100, but if you dont, make a constant effect slowfall)

speed walker is like boots of blinding speed, fortify speed by 100, great for levitation, but kangaroo is so much faster....

say, does anyone know exactly where azuras servant is??

suppose to be unique daedric shield, in tel vos north east tower, but cannot find it...

also, what really good swords exist in the game???disappointed with sword of white woe, and umbra is not very hot, daedric dai katana does moer damage...

looking for good swords!!!!

like keening, very nice...

looking for weapons that are much more powerful than you can enchant yourself...will get boots of blinding speed, and saviors hide to create a belt that will give the same effects as hide, so i can see, or a ring...

dragonebone is just too good a armor...

bearpaw helm sounds really nice, will hit daedric quests soon....

ok, kangaroo works really really well, my best spell maker attempt ever....

TRY IT, YOU WILL LOVE IT!!!!

what you do is point the crosshairs to 45% above horizon, and cast the spell and press foward and jump buttons together...

you can bound from balmora to pelgariad in one jump!!!!

sure, you use lev to find places once you jump near there, or run to the final destination, but if you are doing quests in the boonies, and want to get back to town, you should try this out...

but its even faster than boots of blinding speed!!!

dont try behind ghost fence, or near azuras coast, mountains, really high ones, and lots of water, unless you have a constat effect water walk...

and dont forget to have a item of slow fall....unless your acrobatics are 100%, like me...

finally got boots, really nice item, and if youre a breton, all you need to make is an item of 40% night eye, and you have effectively cancelled the blindness...

the saviros hide makes you 60% resistant to magic, good item, but the dragonbone looks cooler and since i am breton with atronach, i am effectivley immune to magic anyway...

say, how does armor points work anyway???

UU:

I tried your 'Kangaroo' spell (even named it Unfriendly's Springboard :) ), but 5 secs uses a lot of mana for me. I toned it down to 3 secs...I go a long way, but am I getting the full effect of the jump (or does it stop somewhere in midair) ?

EDIT: *Cheese at Play* Heh...I had a bunch of money on me when I was travelling around and accidentally found the Secret Master of Destruction. I had already made set of +WP jewelry...sooooo, I managed to train to 100 in Destruction (I don't even use the Destruction school) :p .

sam, is it not a complete rush, watching the map view in the lower right hand corner, where you see the vector arrow whiz by like a jet fighter, and you are suddenly in a new town???

oh yeah, its better to get acrobatic skillls up way high, not only will you jump much further, but you can land safely too...

no need for slow fall...

just find hidden acrobatics masters, and use boosters for str to augment your strength for each train...also could be my str is 200 or so, after corpus, so i am getting really good distance and jumps....

but after corpus, good acrobatic skills, you can jump from town to town.....

maybe you should use a ring with high enchant skills, finally got enchant up to 100 today, shocked at how low mana cost dropped to...

boy, enchant is such a cheese skill!!!!!

even if you never enchant your own stuff, like me, once you get it up high, your magic devices last FOREVER!!!!

so iguess in a way this is a endgame reward.....

nizz. what you do is go to guild spell maker, mage guild and other s, and make a spell that casts for self that will have the effect "jump" and set magnitude to 100....and a few second duration....

go outside of twon, aim crosshair to a direction you want to go, and cast the spell, and press jump and foward keys at the same time....

whoosh!!! you take off like a F-14 fighter jet!!!!!

good acrobatics and good str help too...

ou can literaly jump from town to town...

It's a rush, alright :)

I can't seem to get very much 'Jump' into even an exquisite ring, but my spell (at 50 mana a pop!) is 100 magnitude for 3 secs. My acrobatics is maxed at 100 (my str is too...haven't contracted Corprus yet..hehe), but I've got a 1pt Slowfall effect on my helmet (or something).

It's a lot of fun, but I can't help thinking that this would look so much better on the Xbox version...without all the 'Loading' screens :p .

when you get sunder and get corpus, try it, it really is a rush.....

i estimate it takes 10 to cross vvardenfell from east to west....

say, are you pointing the cross hairs at 45% to get max distance???

I think so, but even if I'm not getting the max distance it's still a hoot to jump like The Incredible Hulk ;)
